Ok, so I'm going to be setting up a few rifles for intermediate- long range and will need a place to really test them. I'm in the Huntsville/Scottsboro area and was wandering if anyone knew of a range with a 1,000 yard set up? I know I'll have to travel a little at least. Just curious what's out there that y'all know about.
Thanks.

One of my co-workers is a regular at Strategic Edge and is also really happy with it.

There is also Dead Zero Shooting Park in Spencer, TN, which I've been wanting to visit.

Elk River Training Center is in Pelham, TN. It's laid back, but access can be spotty, since they do quite a lot of training there.

I looked up the Strategic Edge and it said something about adding my name to the waiting list. So I looked into Dead Zero. Both look nice.
I'll check out Elk River, thanks!

If anyone is still looking R and R in Geneva supposedly goes out to 1,100 yards but when I was there I saw a 700 yard lane. They also do day passes which a buddy and I ended up doing. Definitely a good one for a decided range day with lots of ammo

The website I found linked to a range in Geneva, AL is down. Are you sure they're still running?

I was just there 2 weeks ago, I did call the number and got through to someone. I would call that number and ask them any questions you may have. It’s more of a use your head and be safe range. We weren’t bothered once by a range officer.
