Advice on a .223 Bolt Rifle

I am wanting to put together a coyote rig. Anyone have any experience with the Howa 1500 Mini Action Rifles? I have a jacked up shooting hand wrist so the Savage Accustock with its semi pistol grip stock is appealling as is the Howa 1500 EXCL LITE. I'd have to put a Ruger American action into an aftermarket stock. Any ideas or experience?
