What is the slickest oil, synthetic lube there is. I need to change up. And does anyone use G-96 ? What do you consider is the best.
I did buy some G96 years ago and started using it, no complaints.
However, shortly after I switched to red grease. I clean with CLP, wipe down, then apply red grease. Stays put. One small tub will last forever.

I've been using 811 oil for around 25 years.
It treated me well in speed pistol competitions for many of those.

8 Parts Dexron ATF. Terrific lubricant. I'd use the III today. Was only one last time I mixed.
1 Part Marvel Mystery Oil. Contains cleaners that seem to. Run patches till clean and one with 811 on it and you'll see what I mean.
1 Part STP. Makes it hang in there a little better.

This is the first time I've ever heard of this.

I really like the Breakthrough products. Doesn’t smell bad and does a good job. I particularly like the grease - stays where you put it.

Bug Juice. Was taught in NRA Patrol Rifle Instructor School how to make it. NRA staff said Army armorers at Ft. Bragg shared their recipe.
1-qt motor oil.
1-qt ATF
1-bottle of STP
1-5 or 6 oz bottle of original Hoppes.

I use 70 weight drag racing oil, Lucas Oil Stabilizer, synthetic ATF and Hoppes. Mix in a gallon container. Slick as owl shit. This stuff "creeps" amazingly
