This early S&W 66 “no-dash” revolver stood out to me with its stainless front and rear sights! Later variants featured a black rear blade and a red-ramp front sight. I’ve read that the change was made because the all-stainless sights were difficult to pick-up in daylight haha. You can see where a previous owner had blackened-in the sights a bit.
My first handgun was a blue S&W Model 19; its stainless cousin here brings back lots of good memories.
