It's a bit late to reply, but I ordered from them a couple of years ago and had no problems whatsoever.

I did and had an excellent experience, Purchased and they said 21 day lead time, 10 days later ai was at my FFL signing for it.

Missed this, yes ordered from them a few times and had good experiences all around, never had any issues so never had to contact customer service, not sure what would happen if you needed to get someone.
