LE Trade In Purchase

A couple weeks ago PSA had gen 1 S&W M&P40s for sale for $249. I wasnt in the market for any new guns but this was just too good to pass up. It took 10 day to be delivered to my FFL, not bad. After the FFL fee it cost under $300.
This gun is in really good condition. Very little wear from use. There is some minor pitting on the left side, probably from sweat and body oil. No holster wear either. And the barrel looks new.
I took it out for a quick function test, 25 rounds, and it operated flawlessly. Very pleased.

Glad to hear it! I've directed some first-time handgun buyers to LEO trade-in (I usually suggest trying to find 9mm for the cheaper ammo, but .40 isn't awful either) so they could get a quality firearm without breaking the bank. Glad they're still a good option.

I opted for the 40 s&w because I have an extra 9mm barrel for it.
