Have a chance to buy a Marlin Limited Edition Model 30/80 jm stamped couple specks rust [small] Serial #TR002269, Can anyone tell me fair price and maybe year made.

Condition is very impactful on price. Even the small specks of rust are impactful and removes most if not all collector value. Having said that, the marlins are great rifles in general.
