Minneapolis Removes Memorials and Barricades From ‘George Floyd Square’ (Published 2021)

City workers began clearing the intersection where the police killed Mr. Floyd just over a year ago. The reopening efforts drew criticism from some activists.

Not exactly sure why a thieving junkie who robs pregnant women at gunpoint deserved the first memorial, let alone an entire square.

But I guess he served his purpose, time for the next 'victim'.

Not to mention the same guy died of a fetanyl overdose several hours later in the hospital with no signs of asphyxiation or neck trauma of any kind per the autopsy report but an innocent man performing the standard procedure for his job got framed for murdering him to push the "evil white racist cops" narrative. There HAS to be a pushback against this kind of thing at some point or it will keep happening any time pushing that narrative is politically convenient.
