Moved back down from Huntsville to Birmingham. Hello All. Can't seem to figure out how to make a sale post?

Had to move back to help my parents in their retirement. And, my dogs are only getting older. Went through my safe and found some items that I no longer have a need for... Is there a number of posts or comments I need to make to post something for sale?
