I am still waiting for my 90 day suppressor approval (over 8 months and counting). One thing I had considered is creating a trust instead of the individual approach to include my son on any future suppressor registrations. Now I see this BS….

Does this completely invalidate trusts??? It just gets better every day!

I've seen that, and legally speaking it doesn't make sense because letting someone shoot your firearm in your presence is not "physical or constructive possession" legally speaking. There's literally zero way to enforce that anyway so nothing to worry about.

I agree with you but this is apparently a recent change they made. Unfortunately it appears they are trying to cause mass confusion and discourage firearm ownership in general.

Apparently the update today is the ATF has removed this and many other items from their Q/A section.
