Are you having issues with extracting fired shotgun shells? Here is a quick way to check what the problem is. (1) Inspect the face of the bolt and ensure the extractor is present. If it isn't, you found the problem. (2) Remove the barrel from the receiver, take the proper sized shell and drop it into the chamber. Now rotate the barrel and the shell should drop out. If you had to push the shell into the chamber or if the shell does not drop in and drop out of the chamber effortlessly you may find you will have loading and/or ejection issues. The cause: Over time carbon and shell residue builds up in the chamber narrowing the diameter of the chamber. If you have this problem, the chamber needs to be reamed and honed back to it's correct diameter. If you can't do it, bring it to us we can fix it and make good as new again.
