Looking to trade a 24x8 trailer with a million possibilities. It currently has a functional septic and water tank on board, functional 12v slide out, working trailer brakes, etc.
It was an old camper that I stripped down. I wanted to use it for a custom tiny-home with a slide out balcony, but I’m currently building an actual house and don’t have time to do it. The camper was parked for years, and doesn’t have much time being towed. The framing is in perfect shape. The wooden boards on top will need to be replaced.
If interested, I’ll include functional appliances too! Working AC unit, fridge, sink, gas oven, etc. everything in the pictures.
