Does anyone have experience with M16A1 kits?

hey guys, saw a cool build kit in enterprise but it seems like the price is off.
- its an m16a1 kit but it has a non-chrome-lined barrel and a modern-looking lower.
- the guy wants 1650 but it does come with another shorter barrel, 16" I think.
- does come with some ammo and two 2 round mags
- does anyone know if this is a fair price?
- or does anyone where I can get m16a1 furniture?

any idea what a fair price would be? extra barrel is cool but not 1650 with non-chrome barrel.
