Each set of these Elk stag grips were beautifully handcrafted by esteemed grip maker, Big Mountain Man out of Ft. Collins Colorado and each set is very unique. I've decided to sell a couple out of my collection which makes for an unusual opportunity for a couple lucky, local enthusiasts to get their hands on a pair.

It's hard to beat a beautiful, high quality set of American Elk stag grips on a beautiful, high quality American made revolver and you'll search long and hard before finding another set of STAG grips of this caliber.

Call or text: 256-278-5598

Actual batch of antlers all my grips were made from:

This set is handcrafted from HEAVY/DENSE elk antler. They have a VERY comfortable contoured hold for average hands. They have nice colors with a light purple hue. They are fitted to and shown on a N-Frame square butt M629-1.

$250 cash meet in Elkmont/Athens area or for $8 I'll get it to your door securely packaged in a Flat Rate Box.

Wow - those look great! IMO, matching those up with a Tyler T-Grip or equivalent would just be amazing (granted, they are top-notch on their own as shown).

@TheHammer it has just now occurred to me: you’re purveying fine custom grips that were previously fitted to a S&W 629 — are you actually famed investigator Sledge Hammer, perhaps now retired to Alabama?!?!

…LOL :) Couldn’t resist making the stretch there. Can’t wait to get Set #1 installed and will post pics once done!

@TheHammer better pics to come but for now - these scratch the surface of showing how good this set looks. Matched them with a BK Grips adapter (a close-cousin of the famed Tyler T-Grip and considerably more readily available) and some Barranti Gunleather…oh, and a 3-1/2”-barreled S&W 27-2 .357 Magnum.

Thanks again!

Man, those are beautiful grips. If you don't mind me asking, how many hours do you
have in creating those?
The only grips I ever made were for a Ruger Mk1. Showed
them to a friend, and he had to have them. Made a trade offer I couldn't refuse. LOL
I don't think I have the patience to make revolver grips.
