Just wondering if anyone has any experience with what is called Cut Shells?? I saw a video where the participants took a 12 ga. # 8 shot shell and cut it with a knife around it about 1/3 up from the rim. This seemed to cause the remaining shell body to become a ‘poor man’s slug’.
Just wondering if this can be done safely and reliably. The video showed 2 3/4” shells being cut this way.
