Not 100% sure yet. At the moment it’s been a shelf queen.
It has the pistol grip on it and I want to change that to a butt stock with pistol grip and maybe a light. It is going to be home defense.
Mossberg is a great shotgun for the money. I go from pay check to pay check so spending is not easy for me. I have 3 Mossberg 500, 590, and 930. I change out every so often to fit what I need. Sky is the limit on things to put on one. Just changed my 930 back to standard stock for a class that I will take at the end of November and first of December. I run stock with pistol grips on all most of the time. Just had to change for this class. If you never used a stock like that before, remember to practice with it to see how it will work for you if you use it for your home. I only say that from my own lessons. lol
Great info. I haven’t done anything with it since I traded for it. Just time and money for me. Working a lot here lately. 3 kids you know the drill but I want to get a few things for it.
Don't dump alot into it Randall, with it being a Maverick its not going to hold a good value even in todays crazy market...Of course with most mods you could always pull them off when its time to send it to a new home and add them on another Mossy later. With that being said the Maverick is a dependable platform that will do its job when called upon therefore I would just keep it simple and stack ammo.
