I carried a 4” .357 magnum when I first started in LE and the the Sig P226 once we when to 9MM
I typically carry a 1911 platform .45 for my self defense firearm but like others also.
The Kimber K6s had caught my attention and when they released the DASA Double Action Single Action models I decided to try one out. I had been looking for a 3” HB RB Model 13 or 65 without much luck.
I’ve begun to customize the K6s just as I would have done with a 13/65.
I obtained an extra hammer and removed the hammer spur, installed a TK Custom spring kit and polished the rebound slide. I changed the grips for the slightly longer ones that come on the 4” Target model
