But are you an Alabama resident? I own homes/property in Alabama, Florida and North Carolina. However I am an Alabama resident.

I’m not saying you are or aren’t a legal buyer in Alabama but since you listed your location as California it would certainly prevent most folks from selling anything to you without clear proof you are a legal Alabama resident.

Plus the numerous cash post to other ads and it’s a fair response that you are being questioned.
