I got to see Coach Bryant as a kid growing up in Alabama and always thought of him as the Coach. He passed when I was 12 years old and I will never forget his retirement and passing. That day of his passing will always be with me as would any loved family member. I honestly never expected there to be another Coach during my life that would compare. Coach Stallings came close but it seemed so short.
Coach Saban showed up 17 seasons ago and changed my view point on who the Coach is. The run Coach Saban has been on during the last 17 seasons is unprecedented! My 21 year old son doesn’t know Bama football without Coach Saban. So many championship game memories and incredible wins. All I can say is it’s been an absolute dream ride for this Bama grad.
