Does anyone have a list of the public ranges in West Alabama? I drive all over West Alabama for work and like to shoot a few rounds at lunch whenever I'm close by a public range. I know of the Vick Range, Cahaba WMA Range, and South Sandy range but want to make sure I'm not missing other opportunities. Also, does anyone know if all the public ranges have range-masters now? I remember going to South Sandy and the Cahaba WMA range back in the day and it was a total crapshoot... You would either have the range to yourself, or there would be dudes there pounding beers at noon and totally disregarding range safety.
