My Google Chrome Lost Password -Hack?

My Google Chrome Password Word Manager Lost the Login for your Site?!
I had it written down But your site did not recognize it.
I did a reset and got back in. Checked other site passwords and ALG was only one missing.

Admin, do you think I've been hacked? or any idea what happened?
and can you look at my activity and see anything suspicious since I logged out yesterday Morning.

Sounds glitchy - not a hack, looking here you show no signs of a hack at all, all steady. It's easy to tell if an acct is hacked.

Just surprised me that the forum would not take the manually entered username and password without doing the reset.
I'll look closely for any other glitches.

Happened again on another site.
Same MO: Google password manager lost Username and password.
Site would not take manually entered UN and PW w/o reset???
